Amix™ Glutamine + BCAA is a powdered food supplement formulated with branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) in a 2:1:1 ratio and micronized L-Glutamine, designed to support muscle recovery, athletic performance and the protection of muscle tissue before and after training.

Instructions for use

Take 1 scoop (5 g) approximately 30–60 minutes before training and 1 scoop (5 g) after training.
